Access
Is Project Datum available now?
Yes. Project Datum is available for selected firms during an active beta program. Firms are currently using the software.
How do I request access?
Submit the access request form with your contact information, firm details, and the workflows you want to improve. Project Datum uses that information to scope the right rollout path for your team.
How does selected access work?
Project Datum is offered through selected beta and pilot rollouts so each firm can be configured around its people, projects, permissions, time policies, and operating workflows.
How are commercial terms handled?
Commercial terms are scoped directly with each participating firm based on rollout size, account configuration, and the workflows included in the evaluation.

What workflows does Project Datum support today?
Current beta accounts can use project controls, scope, schedule, budgets, performance views, time tracking, timer panels, expense reports, staffing, contacts, files, MailRoom, API access, and AI chat testing.
How does MailRoom organize project email?
MailRoom receives email shared with Project Datum and helps route messages, attachments, and summaries into the right account or project inbox. Unresolved messages can be reviewed and classified by the team.
What product areas are on the roadmap?
Additional design, bid, build, mobile, and offline-friendly workflows are part of the broader product direction. Current selected-firm access is focused on project controls, time, expenses, staffing, MailRoom, API access, and AI-assisted workflows.
Is AI chat available?
AI project chat is available for testing to beta testers. Account configuration can support cloud provider settings and supported local browser AI workflows.
Is the API available?
Yes. The account-scoped API is available for approved beta accounts. It currently supports project, phase, overhead code, employee, employee project assignment, and time-entry workflows.
Time Keeper
Does Time Keeper require Project Datum?
No. Time Keeper can be used with or without Project Datum, but it is built to work especially well with the Project Datum API.
Can Time Keeper use AI?
Time Keeper is built to support local or cloud-based AI workflows, depending on configuration and user setup.
Technical and Security
Is my data secure?
Project Datum is served over HTTPS and uses standard web security protections, including secure cookie and CSRF protections. Production data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database on Render.
Security, account configuration, and access controls are part of every selected-firm rollout. Contact us for security questions specific to your organization.
Where is my data stored?
Application data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Render infrastructure. Region, retention, backup, and availability details can be reviewed during firm onboarding.
What browsers are supported?
Project Datum is designed for current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Do you have native mobile apps?
Project Datum is web-based today. Native mobile apps and offline-friendly workflows remain roadmap items.
